The novel is told from multiple perspectives, including Auggie, his sister Via, his friends Jack and Summer, and others. August, or “Auggie” as he is affectionately called, has been homeschooled his whole life due to his condition, but he is now starting 5th grade at a public school. The story follows a 10-year-old boy named August Pullman, who was born with a facial deformity and has undergone multiple surgeries to correct it. “Wonder” is a heartwarming and inspiring novel written by R.J.
